Lettuce Entertain You

Pork belly chunks, bacon-wrapped dates with toothpicks, coleslaw, a glass of dark soda with ice, all on a wooden table.

Our Role

As the external PR team, Vagus PR led all aspects of brand storytelling, media engagement, and event publicity for multiple LEYE restaurants. Efforts included:

  • Strategic Media Relations – Secured extensive coverage in premier food, lifestyle, and travel outlets including Food & Wine, Wine Enthusiast, Bon Appétit, Saveur, Gourmet, Chicago Tribune, New York Times, Eater, and Travel + Leisure, as well as broadcast appearances on TV Food Network.

  • Event Programming & Activation – Conceptualized and promoted high-profile culinary events such as multi-course wine dinners, celebrity chef collaborations, and seasonal tasting series that attracted media, influencers, and industry leaders.

  • Celebrity Chef Engagements – Managed press and red carpet events featuring James Beard Award–winning chefs, cookbook launches, and special appearances.

  • On-Site Support & Promotions – Coordinated restaurant grand openings, anniversary celebrations, and exclusive chef dinners that generated significant earned media and consumer engagement.
