Impact & action
The T-Shirt Deli, Co. opened in November of 2003 and has been providing Chicagoans with selected homegrown, American Apparel brand, customized t-shirts, baby hats and onesies, underwear, and dog tees ever since. Located in Andersonville and Bucktown, The T-Shirt Deli is famous for its freshest selection of tees displayed in gleaming white deli cases as well as unique gift wrapping… waxed butcher paper, colorful stickers, wicker baskets, cool paper bags and more… The T-Shirt Deli was picked as a “best one of a kind shop” by Frommer’s Guide to Chicago, and has been featured in O Magazine, Travel+Leisure, Chicago Magazine, Chicago Social, Women’s Wear Daily, the Chicago Tribune, and Lucky, among others.
